be동사 — 부정문

S + am / is / are + not + …

be동사 바로 뒤에 not을 붙여요. 줄임형은 is not → isn't, are not → aren't예요. am not은 표준 줄임형이 없어서 I'm not이라고 써요. 자주 틀리는 실수: be동사에는 don't를 쓰지 않아요: I don't be tired ✗, I am not tired ✓.

I am not hungry.

저는 배고프지 않아요.
