持续【较长】的背景动作用过去进行时，【较短】的插入动作用一般过去时。while 通常接长动作，when 通常接短动作。 常见陷阱：两个时态互换，意思就变了：I cooked when he arrived 的意思是他到了之后我才做饭，与 I was cooking when he arrived 完全不同。
