这两种结构都用【过去时】来谈现在。would rather somebody did 表示希望某人做某事；It is time somebody did 表示早就该做了。 常见陷阱：两个分句的主语【相同】时，用动词原形：I would rather stay ✓，不是 I would rather I stayed。
