这组连词先提出双方都已接受的前提，再引出结论。given that 较中性，常用于书面语；seeing that 更口语化；now that 强调情况刚刚发生了变化。given 后面的 that 可以省略。 常见错误：given + 名词短语，given that + 分句：Given that the delay ✗, Given the delay · Given that it was delayed ✓。
