完成式不定式表示不定式中的动作发生在主要动词之前。对比：he seems to be ill 指现在，he seems to have been ill 指之前。被动形式是 to have been V3，进行形式是 to have been V-ing。 常见错误：不要用把主要动词退一个时态来代替完成式不定式：She seemed to forget the meeting yesterday ✗（意思不同），She seems to have forgotten it ✓。
