在表示要求的动词和形容词之后，美式英语用不带 to 的动词原形，英式英语则常加 should。两种用法都对，意思相同；选一种，并在全文保持一致。 常见错误：不要在同一句里混用两种方式：insisted that it should be rewritten and that the annexe be checked 风格不一致；整句选用同一种方式。
