多个状语的排列顺序

句末有多个状语时，默认顺序是方式、地点、时间。时间状语可以移到句首，另外两类则不行。句末堆叠超过三个状语会让句子显得太重，应当拆开。 常见陷阱：不要把状语插在动词和宾语之间：She read carefully the report ✗，She read the report carefully ✓。

She spoke calmly to the crowd for an hour.
她平静地对人群讲了一个小时。
He worked quietly in the archive all morning.
他整个上午都在档案室里安静地工作。
Yesterday the parcel arrived safely at the depot.
