介词 + which 和 whom

在正式文体中，介词放在 which 或 whom 之前。这种形式不能用 that，关系代词也不能省略。口语则把介词挪到从句末尾，用 who 或直接省略。 常见陷阱：介词放在前面时不能用 that：the company for that she works ✗, for which she works ✓。
例句
The company for which she works is large.
她所在的那家公司很大。
This is the tool with which they cut it.
这就是他们用来切割它的工具。
The man to whom I spoke was helpful.
我交谈的那个人很乐于助人。
The house in which he grew up is gone.
他从小长大的那栋房子已经不在了。
