Payment Policy

This payment policy describes the methods and process for paying for a Premium plan on English RankUp.

1. Payment methods

• PayPal balance.
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed through PayPal.
• A PayPal account is not required to pay by card.

2. Payment process

• Choose a Premium plan on the Pricing page and proceed to pay.
• After a successful payment, the system automatically confirms and activates Premium for the account.
• The new plan's duration is added to your current expiry (if any).

3. Order confirmation

After payment, you receive an order-status confirmation in your account and/or by email. Please keep your order code for reference.

4. Payment security

Transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways. English RankUp does NOT store your card or bank account details.

5. Handling payment issues

If you were charged but Premium was not granted, were charged twice, or hit an error during payment, please contact support with your order code so we can check and resolve it.

6. Refund method & points mechanism

• Where a refund applies, it is issued via the original payment method; the conditions and process for refunds on returns or termination are set out in the Returns & Refund Policy and the Service Termination & Refund Policy.
• The platform does not operate any points, cashback or reward mechanism with monetary redemption value. Experience points (XP) serve learning purposes only and cannot be redeemed for cash or payment value.
