By creating an account or using English RankUp (the “service”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Each account is for one individual; do not share a Premium account with others.
• There is no age limit for using the service; minors should use it under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

2. Premium & payments

• Premium is sold as time-based plans (from 1 day up to 1 year) and a lifetime plan, each paid once; see the Pricing page for each plan's price.
• The plan does not auto-renew — when it expires, the account returns to Free. You top up whenever you like.
• Top-up time is added to your current expiry, so there's no risk of double-paying.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell or redistribute our learning content.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape data or disrupt the system.
• Do not post unlawful content in the Community area.

4. Rights and obligations of English RankUp (operator and service provider)

• Issue, publish and implement the usage conditions, transaction conditions and related policies on the platform.
• Publish service standards and the process for registering and using the service; charge service fees under the published Pricing Policy.
• Provide full information about any promotions applied to users before payment.
• Ensure the platform operates safely and reliably; apply measures to protect users' personal data.
• Receive and resolve feedback, requests and complaints; define cases of account suspension, termination or restriction; cooperate with and provide information and data to competent state authorities on request.

5. Rights and obligations of users

• Be assured of consumer rights; be given full and accurate information about the service and its price.
• Choose the service plan and payment method; have personal data protected; have feedback, requests and complaints resolved as prescribed.
• Provide accurate registration details; pay in full and on time; be responsible for keeping your own account secure.
• Comply with the law and the platform's usage and transaction conditions; do not use the service to break the law or infringe third-party rights.

6. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
